Holiday Rate (Memorial Day, July 1 -4, Labor Day): $341/night
During the peak season, Sunday - Thursday is a three night minimum and any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday is a four night minimum.
All year there is 10% tax plus a one-time charge to the guest of $60 ( this includes the starter kits Frio provides as well as the sheets )
