Built in June 2014, this beautiful hill country home is one of the premier rentals located in the gated community of “Heartstone”. The open floor plan has a very spacious living and dining area. The kitchen is also very roomy for all the cooks or a great gathering place for chatting and planning the day’s activities. Bedrooms are spacious and bathroom details are shown on the detail description to the left. The home has a split floor plan – the Master & Bedroom 2 on one side and Bedroom 3 & 4 on the other.

The large Heritage Oak trees give abundant shade in the backyard. The private (your home only) safety fenced pool and volleyball will only add to your outdoor activities. There is a large covered patio just outside the kitchen & dining area…a wonderful extension for your entertainment and enjoyment.

Emerald is located in “Heartstone” development, which includes private river access for the rental homes in that area. The Frio River is just a short distance from the property. Emerald is very convenient to the river, The Club at Concan and Concan Golf, the House Pasture Restaurant & Music venue, and of course Garner State Park.

During the peak season, Sunday - Thursday is a three night minimum and any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday is a four night minimum.

All year there is 10% tax plus a one-time charge to the guest of $60 ( this includes the starter kits Frio provides as well as the sheets )

Private River Access: Heartstone Pavilion #1 located at Kenneth Arthur Crossing, and #2 Pavilion is located down river from Kenneth Arthur Crossing at the property line of the Heartstone Development. This river access is for Heartstone property owners and guests of the rental properties in Heartstone ONLY! The river access is a 4 minute walk or a short car ride. Golf carts are allowed in the subdivision. Limited day guests (people staying at your house during the day, but not spending the night). Also limited parking, no parking in street or yard.
